Evolution Through Service
This can do more for conditioning towards the Kundalini than almost any other practice. This connects action to love and has a discernible prowess with the Kundalini as one becomes adept and able to do this from a second nature or as a matter of fact.
Service to and for others without the expectation of being paid back by that person is a gift from the heart and yes at first you may find yourself doing it for the pay back in karma or the good feeling one gets and this is ok. It will build into stronger expressions though as this becomes a repeated practice.
Doesn’t have to be alcoholics or drug addicts although they are as deserving as anyone else. It can be little kids or single parents or merely someone having a difficult day that your smile can help lift that load. Service comes in many flavors and applications.
So do please look into this from a personal perspective in your path as you walk towards and inside of the Kundalini.
Kundalini Healings
This is very helpful for the developing person inside of the Kundalini path. It allows for a conscious acceptance and surrender to the Kundalini by the intentional appreciation of its healing abilities for others. This can help one to become more comfortable to the complete surrender to the Kundalini later on as that becomes more of an issue of necessity.
No matter how far along you are with the Kundalini please feel free to participate in the healings that we do on occasion. One doesn’t need to be an advanced Kundalini Master in order to do this and the practice and gifting of the energy in this way serves a multiplicity of venues inside of the awakening Kundalini.
Hot hands and feet and spinal sweeps will often accompany these sessions.
