Keep the tongue up as much as you can for the cranial connections & front to back connections to be balanced.
Keep the fingers locked for balanced attenuation of the energy as it circulates through you.
Keep the eyes up when not driving or doing activities that require normal vision. Keep eyes up when meditating and praying. If you see a light behind your closed lids this is normal.
Chin to chest for a lengthening or stretching of the spine when meditating.
Periodic Sphincter squeezes when intuition directs them - you will feel this is appropriate.
If you can tuck your diaphragm up under your ribcage this is fine though do not hurt yourself trying. It is helpful but not necessary. Kundalini will flow regardless. - blessings - chrism
